Intro: Queen Safiria has charged me with unlocking the ancient secrets lost by our race. I need someone to test a theory for me. If you survive, then you will gain more power than any mortal should have. Are you willing to devote yourself to my cause, Hero?

Centuries ago, Safiria gave me the gift of eternal unlife and in exchange I use my talents and knowledge to rediscover the lost secrets of Vampire Lore to strengthen the glory of her reign as Vampire Queen. Vampires are a very old race and have forgotten more secrets than most of the younger races will ever create or discover. I will discover them all!

Task 1: The Stolen Ritual
Description: My studies indicate that there was once a ritual to create something called a Blood Ancient, which has all of the powers of a Vampire but can give them to any creature with none of our weaknesses. With the Chaos Lycans attacking the castle they must have found it for me by now. Destroy Chaos Lycans until you recover all 10 pages of the ritual then return to me.

How To:
Defeat Chaos Lycan to get Page of Blood Ancient Ritual. After that, report back to Orlok to get your rewards.

Task 2: A Pound Of Flesh
Description: This ritual was written in Vampire Blood, I can smell the age... the power... but it was hexed to be unreadable. I know a spell to break the hex but we will need Blood Maggot flesh to create the reagent. Gather 10 Pounds of Blood Maggot Flesh and return to me.

Items Required: Pound of Blood Maggot Flesh (10)

Rewards: 700 Gold, 700 XP, 700 Rep: Vampire

How To:
Defeat Blood Maggot to get Pound of Blood Maggot Flesh. After that, report back to Orlok to get your rewards.

Task 3: Blood Of The Ancients
Description: This... is not ritual. Once you drink the resulting concoction you will become a Blood Ancient! We could make an army of Blood Ancients! It says that there are 4 Phylacteries hidden in this very castle which hold the blood of 4 ancient vampire warriors. Interrogate the Chaos Lycans to find out if they have already found these Phylacteries.

How To:
Defeat Chaos Lycan to get the Location of Phylacteries. After that, report back to Orlok to get your rewards.

Task 4: Phinding Phylacteries
Description: Now that we know where the missing Phylacteries are located, go retrieve them. I will begin preparing the concoction. It's a complex recipe but I understand what must be done. Return to me with the 4 Phylacteries once you have found them all.

Items Required: Phylacteries Phound (4)

Rewards: 1100 Gold, 1100 XP, 1100 Rep: Vampire

How To:
Find Phylacteries. The Phylacteries will mark by the Arrow. Click it to get Phylacteries. After that, report back to Orlok to get your rewards.

Task 5: Bats Blood Rune
Description: The next step is to place several Blood Runes on each of the local monsters so we can find which of them have Legacy Vitae running through their veins from feasting on my kind. Go and place Blood Runes on 5 Albino Bats. You will need to defeat them to place the runes. Return when you have accomplished this task.

Items Required: Bat Blood Runes Placed (5)

Rewards: 1300 Gold, 1300 XP, 1300 Rep: Vampire

How To:
Defeat Albino Bat to place the Bat Blood Rune. After that, report back to Orlok to get your rewards.

Task 6: Maggots Blood Rune
Description: Now you will need to place Blood Runes on 10 Blood Maggots. These creatures live almost entirely on the blood of Vampires so you will need to place more than you did on the bats. They should become a ready source of Legacy Vitae. Return when you are done.

Items Required: Maggot Blood Rune Placed (10)

Rewards: 1500 Gold, 1500 XP, 1500 Rep: Vampire

How To:
Defeat Blood Maggot to place the Maggot Blood Rune. After that, report back to Orlok to get your rewards.

Task 7: Lycans Blood Rune
Description: Now it begins to grow more difficult. You must defeat several Chaos Lycans and place Blood Runes on them, but they will not be as cooperative as the other monsters. Several may die rather than allow themselves to be marked with a Rune. Return when you have placed 10 Blood Runes on the Chaos Lycans.

Rewards: 1700 Gold, 1700 XP, 1700 Rep: Vampire

How To:
Defeat Chaos Lycan to place the Lycan Blood Rune. After that, report back to Orlok to get your rewards.

Task 8: Twisted Paw's Blood Rune
Description: Only one creature left to mark. He has feasted on so many of us that he might be the greatest source of Legacy Vitae in the area which is why he MUST be marked. In the village below the castle, TwistedPaw awaits. Mark him with a single Blood Rune and we can begin gathering Legacy Vitae.

Items Required: Twisted Blood Rune Placed (1)

Rewards: 1900 Gold, 1900 XP, 1900 Rep: Vampire

How To:
Defeat Twisted Paw to place the Twisted Blood Rune. After that, report back to Orlok to get your rewards.

After you've manage to finish all Orlok's taks, he will told you, "You have acomplished the impossible! According to the records I need a willing volunteer to become a Blood Ancient. Bring me 25 Ancient Vitae and I will aloow you to drink the finished concoction and become the first Blood Ancient!".

Task 9: Ancient Vitae
Description: The Blood Ancient concoction WILL work. I know this to be true, and I will allow you to become a true Blood Ancient but first I will need you to bring me 10 Legacy Vitae from the monsters areound this castle. From that I will distill a single Ancient Vitae. It is a slow process but worth the effort.

Items Required: Legacy Vitae (10)

Rewards: 500 Gold, 500 XP, Quest Items (Ancient Vitae)

How To:
Defeat any enemies to get Legacy Vitae. After that, report back to Orlok to get your rewards.
