REQUIREMENTS:
1. 50 Bone Dust. You can get this item from defeating any skeleton monsters.
2. 50 Cubes. You can get this item from defeating any sneevil, such as at the Boxes Location (Code Location: boxes)
3. Escherion's Chain. You can get this item from defeating Escherion (Code Location: escherion)
4. Strand of Vath's Hair. You can get this item from defeating Vath (Code Location: stalagbite)
5. Aracara's Fang. You can get this item from defeating Aracara (Code Location: faerie).
6. Giant Undead Tooth. You can get this item from defeating Odokuro Head (Code Location: yokaiwar)
7. Hydra Scale. You can get this item from defeating Hydra Head (Code Location: hydra). If you already completed The Battle For Mobius (The 1st Lord Of Chaos) quest, you must use your Book of Lore, then turn at the Story Page, at Chiral Valley Section. At page 2, you can see the Battle the Hydra. Click the Replay button to fight Hydra Head
8. Defeat 50 Dark Makai monsters (Tips: defeat only 1 Dark Makai in 1 room, because if they respawn they will suddenly attack you. And be sure to attack them from safe distance because you don't want to surrounded by them, won't you ?). You want to do this earlier, so you can go to any room without any more requirement to kill the Dark Makai. And also by defeating them, you can collect the Essence of Miltonius.
HOW TO ACCESS MILTONIUS SECRET PORTAL
To access Miltonius Secret Area, you must collect 50 Bone Dust first. Then go to Citadel area (Code Location: citadel) and enter the cave. Enter the right cave then walk to the right until you find a Red Portal. Go through the portal to go to Miltonius Secret Area.
