Description: General Porkon in the Horc Fort has stolen Phillip, the weather predicting Groundhog! That pig-headed generall doesn't understand that if Phillip doesn't at least LOOK at his shadow winter will NEVER END! If you rescue him I can give you one of these GROUNDHORC DAY ONLY seasonal rares! Please go to the Horc Fort and rescue Phillip!

Items Required: Rescued Phillip (1)

Rewards: 500 Gold, 300 XP, Quest Rewards (Groundhog Hat, Groundhog Hood, Phillip, the weather predicting groundhog)

How To:
Go to Horc Fort (Code Location: orctown) and defeat General Porkon to get the required items. Then give the items at Battleon to get your rewards.
