Intro: Greetings and welcome to the magical forest of Arcangrove. My name is Rayst and this sacred place is refuge to the most powerful magi in all of Lore. Behind me stands the legendary Arcangrove Tower of Magic where the most notable magi have trained for centuries. You have arrived in a time of great need. In magic, there are no coincidences.

Arcangrove has always been a powerful and mysterious place, home to ancient magi and magical creatures. The Arcangrove Tower of Magic was built by the magi ages ago and has become the center for all magical study. But as of late, something has gone horribly wrong with the magical energies...

What started as a small terror in our power has become an outright earthquake! We magi are losing our handle on the forces of nature and the power of magi itself. It is almost as if magic is rebelling against the magi... and unless something is done soon, it could be mean the end of all magic on Lore.

Something called Chaos Lord Ledgermayne closed the portal?! Ledgermayne must be causing whatever is wrong with magic. You need to get that portal working again! The portal's power source is the giant, magic tree that the druid call "The Cloister". Go speak with Ewa, the Treekeeper and see if you can power up the portal again.

[WHERE SHOULD I GO?] Now that you have witnessed Arcangrove's plight, I have a small favor to ask. At the very top of the Tower of Magic sits the Observatory, housing the gate to the para-elemental plane of magic. I sense something... strange... about the magical energies there. Will you investigate?

It is crucial that we reconnect the power source to the para-elemental plane portal. You must find Ewa the Treekeeper and inform her of this predicament. Travel west of here until you reach the Druid safe haven known as The Cloister.

The Portal is once again working, thank you. I've been studying the magical energies left behind in the tower after Ledgermayne's visit. You won't be able to fight it with any know weapon or magic, but perhaps there is something...

Long ago, the magi here in the Tower constructed a dangerously powerful weapon called the Supreme Arcane Staff. It was able to bend magical energies back on themselves. It was so dangerous that they were forced to break it into 4 separate parts.

Each part is hidden somewhere here in Arcangrove! You MUST find each of the parts and reassemble the Supreme Arcane Staff. It is your only hope of defeating a creature that is made of living magic.

Good job finding the Rod Of Defiance-- I knew you would have no problem completing such a task. But there are still 3 more missing pieces in order to rebuild the Supreme Arcane Staff. The next fragment is protected somewhere in the underwater world of The Natatorium. Are you ready for your next mission?

The Wraps of Gilead are the next portion of the Supreme Arcane Staff. They were hidden in the city of Great Gilead before its citizens brought a magical catastrophe down upon themselves. Speak to Shaman Umbra in the Ruins of Great Gilead.

When the magi broke the Supreme Arcane Staff into it's for parts, they choose to let nature itself hide the last section... the Chaos Focus Gem which is the staff's power source. It is hidden deep within Mount Mafic's volcanic caves. Head there and speak to Felsic the Magma Golem.

Great hero, you have completed the Supreme Arcane Staff. With this relic, the portal to the para-elemental plane of magic has been restored! There is no time to waste; head to the top of the Arcangrove tower and pass through the portal! I will meet you on the other side...

Hero. The time has come to battle Chaos Lord Ledgermayne. Pass through the portal to the para-elemental plane of Magic and take the battle to Ledgermayne!



Task 1: A Necessary Sacrifice
Description: Mages share a deep connection with nature. We draw our power from our surroundings and when the world is in balance, so are the magi. But there are times when sacrifing a friend allows for a greater good. The Seed Spitters have grown too big in numbers. I ask that you defeat 10 Seed Spitters and bring me their Roots to ensure that Arcangrove is not overrun by these populous plants.

Task 2: Gorillaphant Poaching
Description: The Magi have shared a strong connection with the Gorrilaphant dating back to the era of DragonFable. We admire their great power, but fear it equally. The Gorillaphants in Arcangrove have started attacking the Magi more often that not, and so we must take out the most dangerous for our own well-being. Come back to me when you have slain 7 Gorillaphants.

Task 3: Observing the Observatory
Description: Something is amiss in the Observatory. Journey to the tallest branch of the Tower of Magic and record your findings. Come back to me if you find anything of interest.

Task 4: Ewa the Treekeeper
Description: The Druid settlement of Arcangrove is called The Cloister. The portal to the para-elemental plane gains its power from this sacred tree. Hurry; you must find Ewa the Treekeeper. Travel West of here until you reach The Cloister.

Task 5: Find Paddy Lump
Description: The First part of the Supreme Arcane Staff is called the Rod of Defiance. It was hidden in Mudluk Village. You must go to the village and speak with Paddylump, the Mudluk Spellhunter.

Task 6: Water You Waiting For-- Find Nisse
Description: The next piece of the Supreme Arcane Staff is called the Runes of Riparian. They are protected somewhere under the water in the Merfolk safe haven known as The Natatorium. Seek out Nisse, the Mermaid Sage, and see if she can help.

Task 7: Find Umbra, the Master Shaman
Description: The Great Gileadwas once thriving city of great magical achievement, but due to a terrible magical accident, it lies in ruins, deserted for more than a thousand years. It is now a place of study and quiet meditation for the spirit speaking Shamans. Seek out Master Shaman Umbra with hopes of obtaining the next piece of the Supreme Arcane Staff: the Wrap of Gilead.

Task 8: Find Felsic the Magma Golem
Description: Your next mission will take you to the volcanic region of Mount Mafic. This fiery place is home to many powerful beasts who gain their strength from the volcano. Because of how dangerous the final piece of the Supreme Arcane Staff is-- the Chaos Focus Gem-- there is no better guardian than Mount Mafic herself. Travel to Maficand seek out Felsic, the Magma Golem, if you truly believe you have enough responsibility (and HP) to complete the Supreme Arcane Staff.

Intro: Hi, I'm Reens. Welcome to my potion shop. The countryside around Arcangrove contains all the reagents needed by a good Alchemist. I can help you train if you're interested? Or perhaps you're looking for some potions or scrolls to aid you in your adventures?

I'm so glad that I finally got my shop set up just the way that I wanted it. It feels like I was unpacking for years.

Can you keep a secret? It really took me this long because I had lost my official Royal Alchemist armor. I couldn't legally open the shop until I found it.

Now that I've got my outfit on again I can finally train beginner alchemist! ...oh my, that's weird... deja vu...


Task 1: Mustard and Pretzel Root
Description: To begin your training in Alchemy, it is wise to start at the roots. Or, rather, the Pretzel Root. As a basic reagent in many Health Potions, this certain Root can be found on the Seed Spitters in the area. When combined with Mustard Seeds that the Gorillaphants cherish, I can stir up a nice batch of Potions for the magi in Arcangrove. Bring me 4 Pretzel Roots and 3 Batches of Mustard Seeds so I can get started!

Description: Thyme is a medicinal herb used in many healing potions. Unfortunately, this reagent has become scarce since the Seed Spitters started sprouting up everywehere. I need at least 10 Bundles of Thyme in order to make the most basics of healing potions. I wish you good luck.

Task 1: Thistle Do Nicely
Description: Owning pets is a big responsibility. You have to care for them, play with them, clean up after them, and remembet to feed them! My lovely companions are running low on food but I certain can't leave my shop... But you look good and able to! The Seed Spitters in the area off the Thistles that my pets absolutely love. Retrieves 5 Thistles from those carnivorous plants and I'll award you greatly!

Description: It takes more than a common needle and thread to craft such magical robes. Here in Arcangrove, the magi use the forces of nature to draw strength from everything... including their armor's stitching. The Seed Spitters in the area sometimes produce Arcane Thread, a great treasure amongst the magi. If you could bring me back 10 Spools of Arcane Thread, I could begin working on the newest mage robes.

For centuries, the magi have used their Tusks when forging magical weapons and staves, despite how hard it is to obtain them. If I could just get 6 Gorillaphant Tusks, then I could start crafting new items for all the magi.

Intro: Welcome to The Cloister, traveler. Under normal circumstances druids of all shapes and sizes would be here to greet you, but our beloved Mother Tree has been invaded by magical creatures that we have no ability to communicate with! Can you help save our home?

The Cloister is more thatn a giant tree. It was shaped and molded ages ago by very powerful druids. It has a special connection with Arcangrove as well as the powerful magic that floods this area.

Recently, we druids have been taking our war forms and fighting to protect The Cloister from the invading monsters, but I told the others to flee for their safety. I just could not force myself to abandong the Mother Tree. With your help we might be able to save The Cloister and reopen the Arcangrove Tower's portal to the para-elemental plane of magic.


Task 1: Bear Necessities of LifeRoot
Description: Brave hero... the Cloister needs your aid. Once a safe haven to ancient Druids, our Mother Tree is now overrun with dangerous beasts. We need to restore the balance. But before I send you on more perilous tasks, I ask that you become aware of The Cloister's intricate layout. Make your way through our Mother Tree until you find the sacref LifeRoot near the canopy. I await your return.

Task 2: Acorny Quest
Description: I see that you are well suited to help restore the balance of The Cloister. Along your travels, you encountered Acornents, correct? These devious little acorns absorbed too much of the Mother Tree's magic and know not what to do with it. They have resorted to violence. We must stop them before they take the very life from The Cloister. Collect 10 Acornent Shells to assure The Cloister's survival.

Task 3: Ravenloss
Description: Much like the Acornents, the ravens of The Cloister have found a way to consume her magical energies, transforming them info horrid beasts. The Karasu, as they are now called, relentlessly feast on The Cloister's magical fruits and have left her boughs barren. Please, go forth and collect 8 Bundles of Cloister Fruit from the Karasu so that balance can be restored.

Task 4: It's A Bough-t Time
Description: Defeating the Karasu and Acornents have helped restore the balance... but now we must aid the tree herself. There are 3 supporting boughs troughout The Cloister that require a boost of magical energies. They stand out from the other branches in more ways than one.

Reens the Alchemist has a Mana Potion in her shop that we can offer The Cloister. Once you have the Mana Potion, travel back through our Mother Tree and find the 3 supporting boughs that I speak of. Touch these boughs to apply the Mana Potion to, and return to me when all boughs have been revived.

Items Required: Revived Bough (3), Mana Potion (1)

How To:
If you don't have the Mana Potion, then you must buy 1 Mana Potion from Reens at Arcangrove (Code Location: arcangrove). Then go to the 3 Boughs to apply the Mana Potion. (CLICK HERE for the Cloister Mother Tree Map). After that go back to Ewa to get your reward.


Task 5: Wendigo Whereabouts
Description: The Mother Tree has one more request from you. A horrible creture feared by all magi resides on The Cloister's canopy. It is a monster dubbed Wendigo. Once a druid himself. the Wendigo's constant craving of magical energies has exiled him to the Cloister's topmost branches. No one has been powerful enough to defeat him... but I have faith in you, Hero. Take down Wendigo, and The Cloister will flourish once more!

After you manage to defeat Wandigo, Ewa will thank you and said, "I cannot express my gratitude, hero. Soon The Cloister will once again be filled with our kind."

[MUDLUKS] Mudluks be very old race, but there not many of we now. We loves our swamp here in Arcangrove. The magic be in Mudluk blood, murp. We always use magic, and even teach magi a thing or two about swamp magic!

[SPELLHUNTER] Every Mudluk know how use magic, murp. Mudluks weave huts with magic, heal each other and swamp with magic, even make music with magic! Paddylump is Spellhunter for village. Me in charge of hunting and gathering food and protecting Mudluk Village using magic, murp!

[ROD OF DEFIANCE] Long ago, Arcangrove Tower magi come to Mudluks and give we Rod of Defiance. They our friends and say us need protect Rod, so we protect. Mudluk oracles sing one day about hero like who claim it to save Mudluks and all magic! Paddylump guess that u!


Task 1: Toothy Smiles
Description: Mudluks not used to strangers. That why they hide in huts and swamp. U must win Mudluk trust first before you get Rod of Defiance. A gift be nice start. Mudluks love wear shiny Swamp Lurker Teeth. Bring Paddylump 10 Swamp Lurker Teeth and me give to village for you!

Description: Next thing U need to prove yourself to Mudluks is help a needy villager. Slimy Cyrus is we best clothing maker. Slimy Cyrus need 5 Slimy Skins but her broke her leg and Paddylump be too busy guarding to hunt for she. You get 5 Slimy Skins from any swamp moster and bring them to Paddylump!

Task 3: Lord Of The Fleas
Description: Next, help with Mudluk food shortage to prove U worthy to take Rod of Defiance, murp! Mudluks used to live on swamp bugs but nasty frogdrakes eat them all! Help Mudluks gather bugs from new place! Gorillaphants furry hide COVERED with fleas! U bring Paddylump 12 HUGE fleas so us can start flea farm!

Task 4: Not The Best Idea
Description: Mudluks discover that it almost impossible to farm fleas. Terrible idea. Paddylump have better idea! U go hunt frogdrakes, so there be more yummy buggies for Mudluks! Need to keep swamp in balance so you not get rid of all of them, but take care of 12 frogdrakes and us should be OK, murp!

Task 5: Gates and Guardian
Description: U finally ready to get Rod of Defiance, murp! First U must open gate. Mudluks very smart and tricky. U need to open gate by finding right combination of switch crystals around village, then when gate open... U have to fight guardian of the rod.

TALK TO NISSE

Intro: Welcome to The Natatorium, Hero. I am Nisse, Sage of the Merfolk. I have heard your name echo from the surface where monsters speak of your immense power and your quest to rebuild the Supreme Arcane Staff. If you are truly the Hero that they all fear, perhaps you can save The Natatorium after all.

I truly wish our timing was better. There is far too much to say with far too little time to say it. Please, if you have a question ask now.

[MERFOLK] Forever has our home been untouched by Chaos. My people-- the Merfolk-- have lived in peace deep beneath the surface for uncountable moons. But as of late, creatures and Merfolk alike have turned on one another. The Merdraconians are the worst of all. I have Ledgermayne to thank for this.

[MERMAID SAGE] As a Sage, Ledgermayne's influence cannot affect me. Unfortunately for my people, their feeble willpower is no match for such Chaotic forces. I hope that you too can overcome Ledgermayne's power.

[RUNES OF RIPARIAN] Ah yes, the Runes of Riparian. As the second piece of the Supreme Arcane Staff, you can imagine how highly cherished-- and protected-- it is. However... with Ledgermayne's influence on the Beast guarding it... I'm not even sure if I myself could best him in battle...


Task 1: Dive Right In
Description: If you wish to save The Natatorium, then you must be aware of your surroundings. This is a whole new world for you, is it not? The water is nothing like dry land, and it would be wise to travel The Natatorium far and wide. Gather 12 Chaorrupted Coral that has appeared abundantly throughout our sanctuary ever since Ledgermayne made its grand appearance...

Go around and walk over when you see a coral with purple 'Chaos' color at the sands to get the required items. Then give the items back to Nisse to get your reward.


Task 2: Seafood Diet
Description: When Merfolk see food, we eat it. The Angler Fish have satisfied our palates for many moons, but with the lack of Merfolk to hunt, our food reserves have grown thin. I have faith that you can save The Natatorium and obtain the Runes of Riparian... but first we desperately need food. Hunt and gather 20 Angler Filets to fill our hungry stomachs.

Task 3: Mercenaries
Description: I always wonder why Merdraconians... HEY FAT! Yes, the Merdraconians have turned on me, growing fat with rage and a new set of armor. I can't bring myself to attack my own kin, which is why I am asking you. Please, Hero, you must save them from Ledgermayne's power! Rescue 15 Merdraconians by draining their power completely.

Task 4: Synchronized Slaying
Description: I need to ask one more favor before I send you to retrieve the Runes of Riparian. Some monsters in Arcangrove have taken precious living coral from our home. If they are not returned, the coral will surely die. Collect 5 Brain Coral from Gorillaphants and Seed Spitters in Arcangrove, then travel to The Cloister and bring me 4 Staghorns from the Acornets, 3 Sea Fans from the Karasu, and 1 Sea Whip from the dreaded Wendigo. Finally, make your way to Mudluk Village and collect 6 Anemones from Swamp Lurker and Frogdrakes. Best of luck to you, Hero, and please hurry.

How To:
Go to Arcangrove (Code Location: arcangrove) and defeat Gorillaphant or Seed Spitters to get Brain Coral. Then go to Cloister (Code Location: cloister) and defeat Acornets to get 4 Staghorns. After that defeat Karasu to get 3 Sea Fans. Also defeat Wendigo to get 1 Sea Whip. Last, go to Mudluk Village (Code Location: mudluk) and defeat Swamp Lurker or Frogdrakes to get Anemones. Then give the items back to Nisse to get your reward.


Task 5: The Deep End
Description: It is time to retrieve the Runes of Riparian. A great beast by the name Nessie has guarded them for ages, hidden inside the guant sunken ship. If you wish to enter, you must use The Natatorium's natural currents to push the Statues onto selected runes. Once you have managed to place 3 Statues on the 3 Rune formations, the gate to Nessie's hideout will open... and the rest is up to you...

How To:
Here's the Statue's Lock Combination for each room:

   - (CLICK HERE for the Natatorium's Left Statue Lock Combination).
For this room, just follow those order to move the Statue


   - (CLICK HERE for the Natatorium's Right Statue Lock Combination).
For this room, just follow those order to move the Statue. But Keep in mind, after touching the 2nd order, you must touch the 3rd order fast enough, before the Statue reach the top edge. After that the Statue will move to the left. And when the Statue push down by the currents, quickly touch the 4th order before the Statue reach the bottom edge.


   - (CLICK HERE for the Natatorium's Center Statue Lock Combination).
For this room, just follow those order to move the Statue. But Keep in mind, after touching the 1st order, you must touch the 2nd order fast enough and touch only just a few seconds. Before the Statue reach the bottom edge, release the mechanism. After that touch the 3rd Order. Then press again the 2nd Order, so the Statue will continue to move to the bottom edge, and before reach the bottom of the edge, the Statue will push to the left by the current. Quickly touch the 4th Order to move the Statue to the blue location.



Enter the Gate, and fight Nessie to get the required items. Then give the items back to Nisse to get your reward.


Then you'll see when you swim back to the surface, Nessie chase you and when Nessie wants to eat you, Drakath shows up and defeat Nessie. Just like they said, "Enemy of my Enemy is my Friend", so by saving you, Drakath may have chance to defeat Ledgermayne.

Go back to Nisse, and she will thank you and told you, "Thank you, great Hero. I trust that the Runes of Riparian will be safe while in your protection. Please take care on your many journeys, and I hope that The Natatorium may return to the sanctuary it once was...".





TALK TO UMBRA

Intro: Greetings, hero. I am known as Umbra. As an Earth Shaman I speak to the spirits of the stones and soil around us and under our feet. They have much wisdom to share with those willing to listen. They bore witness to the fall of Great Gilead so long ago and they can tell us how to avoid this kind of devastation in our future.

[GILEAD] Many centuries ago this city was built by those who lived their lives surrounded by magic. They became so reliant on magic that eventually the city literally collapsed under the weight of their dependence. Magic is a wonderful tool, the stones say, but it should never be taken for granted.


Task 1: The Root of Elementals
Description: Building a strong, spiritual connection with the four elements is the key element for every Shaman. If you hope to obtain the Wrap of Gilead from its Protector, you must first understand each element. Let us begin with Earth, the literal root of all elements. Go forth and collect 5 Dregs Essences from the Earth Elementals who roam the ruins. Then, journey back to Arcangrove and gather 4 Seed Spitters Spirits, for they too are the epitome of Earth Elementals. Best of luck on your travels, hero.

Defeat Earth Elemental at Gilead and Seed Spitter at Arcangrove to get the required items. Then give the items back to Umbra to get your reward.


Task 2: Eupotamic Elementals
Description: The Element of Water is rich in spiritual tradition. It is a necessity for most creatures that live in our world, and as such, we Shamans share a deep connection with it. Continue your elemental training by defeating enough Water Elementals to collect 5 Aqueous Essences. Afterwards, travel deep into The Natatorium and witness the manifestations of the Water Elements: Merfolk. Bring back 6 MerCores from the Merdraconians in order to complete your quest.

Items Required: Aqueous Essence (5), MerCore (6)

Rewards: 500 Gold, 500 XP, 2200 Rep: Arcangrove

How To:
Defeat Water Elemental at Gilead and Merdraconian at Natatorium to get the required items. Then give the items back to Umbra to get your reward.


Task 3: Breaking Wind Elementals
Description: Everything that lives, breathes. Without the Element of Air, life as we know it would cease to exist. The Wind Elementals of the Ruins harness Welkin, the very essence of Air. Bring me 5 Welkin Essences from the Wind Elementals to show that you fully understand the importance of this element. When finished, head to The Cloister and confront the Karasu. Their souls belong to that of the Air Element, and if you bring me 8 of them, you will be awarded in not only Reputation, but also the priceless knowledge of this Element.

Items Required: Welkin Essence (5), Karasu Soul (8)

Rewards: 650 Gold, 600 XP, 2400 Rep: Arcangrove

How To:
Defeat Air Elemental at Gilead and Karasu at Cloister to get the required items. Then give the items back to Umbra to get your reward.


Task 4: Fight Fire With Fire Salamanders
Description: Fire is one of the most powerful and dangerous elements in this world. It gives the life... but just as quickly can take it away. If you find a connection with Fire, you have found a connection with the elements themselves. Are you prepared for the challenge? Deliver 5 Pyre Essence from the fiery elements in the Ruins. Then make your journey to Mudluk and bring back 5 Fire Salamanders from the Swamp Frogdrakes. If you return victorious, then you will be ready to face the Great Protector of the Wrap of Gilead.

Items Required: Pyre Essence (5), Fire Salamander (5)

Rewards: 700 Gold, 750 XP, 2800 Rep: Arcangrove

Defeat Fire Elemental at Gilead and Swamp Frog at Mudluk to get the required items. Then give the items back to Umbra to get your reward.


Task 5: Guardian of the Gilead Wrap
Description: Now that you have studied the four elements, you are ready to uncover the element that feeds all magic: Mana. As the life force behind magic itself, the Mana Elemental resides deep within the Ruins. Guardian of the Gilead Wrap, you must first beat the Mana Elemental's puzzle in order to meet our Great Protector. Only when you defeat it will you be worthy of attaining the Wrap of Gilead. I wish you the best of luck. May the Elements be with you.

Rewards: 800 Gold, 800 XP, 3000 Rep: Arcangrove

How To:
Go to the gate, and click the Show button. It will display the list of Rune. Then go around the area and click the Rune Symbols just you see at the gate BUT in the REVERSE order. If you succeed you can unlock the gate, but if you fail, you will teleport instantly into other realm and must defeat the Guardian there to back to Gilead city. If you succeed, defeat Mana to get the required items. Then give the items back to Umbra to get your reward.


Then when you grab the Artifact, Ledgermayne shows up and warning you that you'll never complete all the remaining artifacts. Then he disappear.

Go back to Umbra, and he will thank you and told you, "The spirits of the stones sing your praises! The Mana Elemental is finally at rest. The voices of Great Gilead might find peace now".





TALK TO FELSIC

Intro: Greetings, mortal. Welcome to Mount Mafic. Rayst has entreated you to retrieve the final piece of the Supremet Arcane Staff... but you will have to prove your worth to ME before I allow a mere mortal to possess such as dangerously powerful relic...

Have you questions about Mount Mafic? I advice that you watch your tongue and your step-- lava is not so forgiving on flesh...

[MOUNT MAFIC] As one of the most dangerous and powerful places on Lore, Mount Mafic is the plane between magic and natural phenomenon. The creatures here share a deep connection with both elements and have thrived since the dawn of time. As long as her lava still flows, Mount Mafic will remain as much alive as her inhabitants.

[GOLEMS] There are many types of Golems in this world. I am a Magma Golem, created entirely of molten rock harvested from Mafic. Not many Golems befriend mortals... but since Rayst sent you, I will refrain from unleashing my power upon you. But if you encounter any Golems on your journeys, do not expect for them to share the same kindness.

[CHAOS FOCUS GEM] The Chaos Focus Gem is undoubtedly the most powerful piece of the Supreme Arcane Staff. It was sentenced to Mount Mafic eons ago so that no one-- mortal or not-- could ever use it for evil deeds. Mafic shows no favoritism.. only incalculable power. She is the sole protector of the Gem, and will remain that way unles you prove yourself stronger than Mount Mafic.

[BRIDGES] There are switches placed in the tunnels. The switches control the drawbridges in different ways. Clicking a switch a second time does not necessarily reverse what the switch did the first time. To proceed you must lower all three drawbridges. If you get stuck, click the VIOLET orb and press RESET to try again from the beginning.

Hints: The GREEN orbs affect the bridges, the BLUE orbs change the way the green orbs operate, the VIOLET orb will help you see the bridge status! Bridge 1 is the first bridge that will be lowered, but not necessarily by the first button pressed. All 3 bridges can be lowered by pressing four switches.


Task 1: Liquid Hot Magma Maggots
Description: Just because Rayst sent you here to retrieve the Chaos Focus Gem doesn't mean I'm going to willingly let you take it. You're going to have to prove yourself to me and to Mount Mafic before I place my full trust in a mortal.

The Volcanic Maggots have lived on Mafic for thousands of years. They will put up a fight when provoked, and if you can successfully slay 8 of them, I might have some respect for you. Maybe.

Items Required: Volcanic Maggot Slain (8)

Rewards: 600 Gold, 500 XP, 2000 Rep: Arcangrove

How To:
Defeat Volcanic Maggot to get the required items. Then give the items back to Felsic to get your reward.


Task 2: Scorched Serpents
Description: The Volcanic Maggots did not faze you. So let us see if the Scoria Serpents have better luck. Mount Mafic is home to flying winged snakes known as Scoria Serpents. Nowhere else in this world do these creatures reside. With this being said, I want you to capture 5 Alpha Serpents from the Scoria brood to see if I can expand their population. Oh and try not to get burned out there... or worse...

Items Required: Captured Alpha Serpent (5)

Rewards: 550 Gold, 500 XP, 2500 Rep: Arcangrove

How To:
Defeat Scoria Serpent to get the required items. Then give the items back to Felsic to get your reward.


Task 3: Playing With Living Fire
Description: Let's turn up the heat... and badpuns. The Living Fires are a fiery race that were once mortal like yourself. They devoted themselves to mastering the element of Fire... and I suppose they succeeded in a most unfortunate way. Forever their souls have been trapped on Mount Mafic, and if you can extinguish 10 of them, they might find peace once more after respawning.

Items Required: Extinguished Living Fire (10)

Rewards: 700 Gold, 600 XP, 2800 Rep: Arcangrove

How To:
Defeat Living Fire to get the required items. Then give the items back to Felsic to get your reward.


Task 4: Kindling Relationship
Description: Deep within Mount Mafic resides the Chaos Focus Gem. I had said earlier that the mountain herself is the guardian of the last piece of the Supreme Arcane Staff.. and this is only half true. The spirit of Mafic is inside a great Dragon who has guarded the Gem for ages. The only way of getting to the Dragon's nest is to solve the tricky bridge puzzle among the mountain path. Figure out the puzzle, defeat the Great Mafic Dragon, and then the Chaos Focus Gem will be yours. Best of luck, mortal. You have proved yourself to me... and now it is time to prove yourself to Mount Mafic!

How To:
To go to the Great Mafic Dragon, you must cross the all of the 3 bridge by following these steps:
- Click at the Green Orb at the 5th Cave from the left to draw the 1st and 3rd Bridge
- Click at the Blue Orb at the 5th Cave from the left
- Click at the Blue Orb at the 2nd Cave from the left
- Click at the Green Orb at the 2nd Cave from the left

Then defeat Mafic Dragon the get the required items. If you manage to defeat him, you'll see that when you nearly grab the Chaos Gem, Ledgermayne shows up and destroy the Gem. Knowing that you can't complete the Staff, Ledgermayne leave you alone and he's back to his homeworld preparing to destroy all the magic at Lore. Fortunately and with optimistic, you grab the remaining shards from the Gem and use it on the Arcane Staff.



Go back to Felsic, and he will thank you and told you, "Mortal, my apologizes for underestimating your might. The Supreme Arcane Staff could not be in safer hands. You just might have what it takes to defeat Ledgermayne after all...".



Also at Mount Mafic, you can enter the 4th Cave and click at the Fire there to do his quest.

Task 1: Feed Me
Description: Bring me a burning heart to feast upon. I may reward you.

How To:

Intro: Welcome to the para-elemental plane of magic. It is home to many wonders comprised of pure mana, including the legendary Mana Golem. If Ledgermayne wakes this great beast, all of the mana from Lore will be sucked dry. You must do everything in your power to make sure the Chaos Lord does not win!

The para-elemental plane of magic is nothing like you have ever seen. If you have any questions, don't hestitate to ask. I will answer them to the best of my ability.

[PARA-ELEMENTAL] The Para-Elemental plane of magic is not of this world. It is a realm that contains as much magic and mana as the physical plane contains matter and energy. Home to Mana Sprites, Mana Falcons, and the legendary Mana Golem, the para-elemental plane has only been imagined by few and actually witnessed by less.

[MANA GOLEM] This legendary creature, like Ledgermayne, is a being made of pure magic. It was crafted by magi long ago as a weapon, but proved too dangerous to control or even allow to exist, and too powerful to fully destroy. It was moved here where it could do no harm if it were ever to be awoken from its unnatural slumber...


Task 1: Obey Your Thirst For Adventure
Description: The para-elemental plane is unlike anything you have ever seen. This world is not part of your own, and the creatures here are composed ofpure mana instead of bone and flesh. Defeat and capture 8 Mana Imps, for their entirety of their existence is made up of magic.

Items Required: Capture Mana Imps (8)

Defeat Mana Imp to get the required items. Then give the items back to Rayst to get your reward.


Task 2: Captain Falcons
Description: Much like phoenixes of Lore, Mana Falcons are sacred and benevolent creatures. However, due to Ledgermayne's influence, the Falcons have turned to the side of chaos. In order to save these great beings, they must be reborn from their Astral Feathers. Defeat 5 Mana Falcons and collect their Astral Feathers!

Items Required: Astral Feathers (5)

Rewards: 600 Gold, 750 XP, 2650 Rep: Arcangrove

How To:
Defeat Mana Falcon to get the required items. Then give the items back to Rayst to get your reward.


Task 3: Big, Bad and Baddest Bosses
Description: Although the bosses of Arcangrove live in the physical world, they absorb their mana from the para-elemental plane of magic. If you hope to reach the Mana Golem, you must retrieve Astral Orbs from each boss you have encountered: Wendigo, Tiger Leech, Nessie, Mana Elemental and the Magic Dragon. Get the Orbs and return to me as quickly as you can. Good luck great hero.

Items Required: Astral Orb of the Cloister (1), Astral Orb of Mudluk (1), Astral Orb of Natatorium (1), Astral Orb of Gilead (1), Astral Orb of Mafic (1)

You must do these following:
- Go to Cloister and defeat Wendigo to get Astral Orb of Cloister
- Go to Mudluk and defeat Tiger Leech to get Astral Orb of Mudluk
- Go to Natatorium and defeat Nessie to get Astral Orb of Natatorium
- Go to Gilead and defeat Mana Elemental to get Astral Orb of Gilead
- Go to Mafic and defeat Mafic Dragon to get Astral Orb of Mafic

Then give the items back to Rayst to get your reward.


Task 4: The Great Mana Golem
Description: I do not know if we are going to make it in time. if Ledgermayne awakens the legendary Mana Golem, it will absorb all of the mana out of this world... and ours. I hope there is still time... but hero, if the Golem awakens, you MUST defeat it for the sake of Lore!

How To:
Defeat Ledgermayne to get the required items. Then give the items back to Rayst to get your reward.



When Ledgermayne ready to attack you, Drakath appear and using his Chaos energy, he manage to inrease the power of Arcane Staff. The blast from Arcane Staff destroy Ledgermayne completely. And when you back to Rayst, he thank you and he said, "Amazing! Hero-- you SAVED Arcangrove and all of Lore! I cannot express my gratitude. Your name will forever be held in our hearts and in our minds. You are the greatest hero Arcangrove has ever seen. Thank you."
